Dubai property currency converter
Dirhams, in your money.
The short answer
The dirham is pegged to the US dollar, so a dollar buyer's price barely moves; everyone else is exposed to their own currency against the dollar. This converter shows a Dubai price in your money at the current rate, and tells you plainly when no live rate is available rather than converting at a guess.
Ask Noor to explain this simplyThe dirham is pegged to the US dollar, so this figure does not move. Dollar buyers face no currency risk on a Dubai purchase.

Indicative rates for planning. Your bank's rate on the day, including its spread, is what you will actually pay, and on a property purchase the difference is worth negotiating.

Questions
Asked and answered
Is the dirham stable against the dollar?
It is pegged. The UAE Central Bank has held the dirham at 3.6725 to the US dollar since 1997, so dollar buyers face no currency movement on a Dubai purchase. Other currencies move against the dollar as usual.
