No. That is done by licensed immigration specialists, and we will introduce you to the ones we work with. What we handle is the property: choosing it, structuring the purchase and getting the documentation right so the application is not held up by our side of it.
What qualifies a property for the Golden Visa?
The criteria are set by the UAE authorities and they do change, so we will not quote them at you from a web page. We will put you in front of a licensed adviser who will confirm the current requirements in writing for your circumstances, and we will make sure the property side meets them.
