Business setup

Premises, and the people who do the rest.

The towers of Dubai Marina seen across open water on a clear day

Setting up in Dubai involves two decisions that are usually made in the wrong order: which licence and jurisdiction you need, and where you will actually work. The second constrains the first more than people expect.

We handle premises (office, retail or warehousing, free zone or mainland) and we work alongside licensed corporate service providers who handle formation and licensing itself. We will say plainly which parts are ours and which are theirs.

What you get

What this actually includes.

  • Premises search across free zone and mainland options
  • Fit-out, service charge and total occupancy cost comparison
  • Lease negotiation and Ejari registration
  • Introductions to licensed corporate service providers for formation
  • Residential search for founders and relocating staff

Questions

Asked and answered

Do you handle company formation and licensing?

No. That is done by licensed corporate service providers, and we will introduce you to ones we work with. We handle the premises side and keep the two timelines aligned so you are not paying rent on an office you cannot yet trade from.

Free zone or mainland?

It depends on who your customers are and what you need to be licensed to do, and the answer has real consequences for premises. It is the first conversation to have with a licensed adviser, and we will make the introduction before you sign anything.
