Registered sales, year by year

Registered sale transactions recorded against this project in Dubai Land Department open data, matched on its official number. Recorded activity is a count of registrations. It is not a measure of quality, performance or returns, and it is not a ranking.

Registered sales rose to 239 in 2024, up 146% on 2023.

What this means for you: a rising count shows more buyers registering purchases here, which says the project trades, not that it is a good buy. Ask us what those sales were priced at.
