Developers Recorded in Dubai Land Department

Registered sales, year by year

Registered sale transactions recorded against this developer in Dubai Land Department open data, matched on its official number. Recorded activity is a count of registrations. It is not a measure of quality, performance or returns, and it is not a ranking.

Registered sales fell to 66 in 2025, down 26% on 2024.

What this means for you: a rising count shows this developer's projects are registering more sales, a sign of delivery and demand, not a verdict on quality. Ask us how its projects compare.
